When are Items Delivered?

Items are Delivered between the Hours of 7am and 11am and Collections at 5pm.

After 7pm collection there is additional payment of £50

Anytime after this is classed as an overnight hire and additional £50 per item is charged.

What do I do if I Require a Specific Collection or Delivery Time?

If you require a Specific Delivery Time for your Rental please put your Required Delivery and Collections Time in the Notes Box when Booking.

How much does an Overnight Hire Cost?

Extra Hours and Overnight Hires are Available for an Extra £50 per item by Arrangement as long as the Venue is Suitable and Safe.

Set up surfaces.

Real GRASS only. We do not set up on anything else other than REAL GRASS. We will refuse delivery with NO refund if the hirer puts grass and we turn up too any other surface. This includes FAKE Grass

How much Power do I need?

Power needed to run the Blower is a Normal 13 amp Household Socket to allow the Safety RCD Plug to go in too. We can only run Extension Leads out to a Maximum of 15 Meters (50ft ) from an Electric Point. If no Power Supply is Available or Further than 15 meters, then you will need a Generator. We Hire these with a Full Tank of Fuel that will last around 6 Hours at a cost of £140

Do I need Supervision?

YES

All Inflatables Hired from Bounce-r-us.co.uk need to be Supervised by a Responsible Adult at all times.

Who will set up the Equipment?

Fully Trained Members of Staff will install the Party Equipment ready for Everyone to enjoy.

Do you adhere to Safety Regulations?

All our Items are fully Safety Compliant, and we adhere to all relevant Health and Safety Laws. Our Items are checked for Safety and Quality regularly.

Are you Insured?

We have Full Public Liability Insurance of £5 Million.

Face Paints, Silly String & Balloons with Foil Discs

We Do Not allow any Face Paints, Silly String & Balloons with foil discs onto our Equipment. We will charge the hirer if the equipment is marked, stained or ruined for this.

Space required for Equipment Booked

Please make sure you have suitable space available for the equipment that has been Booked for your Event. You will still be Charged for any Equipment Booked for your Event even if your area is too small due to not being measured properly by Yourselves.

Safety regarding wind

At the time of Delivery if the wind speed is around the speed of 24 mph then we have the right to Contact You to Cancel the Delivery due to Safety of the Event. This is also down to Forecast Gusts exceeding 24mph. This is to keep Everyone Safe for your Event so it does not give the Inflatable a chance to blow away and injure anyone. Please take this into account if you Receive a Call on the Day for a Cancellation due to this. We do this with regret but we value our Customers Safety rather than earning money

Legal Gusts is 24 mph for Cancellations to be Safe.

DELIVERY POLICY

The Cost of Delivering to a particular Area will be revealed when you choose this Area. We may be able to Deliver outside the Areas available on our Website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our Website, please Contact Us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your Delivery due to Adverse Weather, Vehicle Failure, Illness or any Other Factor, we will offer another date to move your event if available or refund where possible.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our Products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area and access of mess and debris & toys. We will be unable to provide a Refund if we cannot Deliver your Product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
